panoply (n) – an extensive or impressive collection; a splendid display; a complete suit of armour.
I’m Eleanor R. Wood. I’m a writer… it’s what I do. It’s what I’ve always done, although what I used to scribble in pencil at my childhood desk on rainy days I now type up properly at my grownup desk regardless of the weather. Even when it’s sunny and warm and the birds are singing and the day is beckoning me outdoors. Sigh. Childhood me mostly wrote stories about animals. Grownup me mostly writes speculative fiction, although I had a brief stint writing fishkeeping articles before the science fiction and fantasy stories pestered me to the point where I could no longer ignore them.
So this is a blog about all of the above and my continuing quest for publishing success. Oh, and pedantry. There’s bound to be pedantry.
